This rug was woven by a group of artisans from a village just outside Beni M’rirt, located in Morocco’s Middle Atlas Mountains.

Traditional Beni M’rirt rugs are known for their thick knotting technique, which gives each piece an especially plush feel underfoot.

Made from 100% wool and natural dyes, this piece was colored using a blend of florals and spices. Its varying hues are achieved through our proprietary washing technique, creating a bold yet subtle pattern with an artful imbalance of proportions.
